You cannot go to the event

What you can do with a ticket when plans change: give it to someone, sell the seat or ask for a refund.

Open My events, choose the event, go to Tickets and tap "I can't go" on the ticket. You only see the options the organizer allows for that event.

Give the ticket to someone

Choose Change the name and enter the email of the person who will go. Some organizers charge a small fee for this, and you see it before you confirm.

Sell your seat

When the organizer allows it, you can sell the seat to someone you know or put it up for anyone. The ticket stays yours until someone pays for it, and you can withdraw the offer while nobody has.

Ask for a refund

Choose Ask for a refund to see how much you would get back under the refund terms you accepted when you bought. Nothing happens until you confirm.
