Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HUBDANCE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202605491R), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 ("we", "our", or "us"), which owns and operates the Kadens platform.

By accessing or using Kadens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Kadens provides tools for creators, instructors, and organizers to publish content, run events, manage communities, and process payments. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid features and transactions are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By using paid services, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
• Interfere with platform security, integrity, or availability.
• Upload malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Use AI assistants, scripts or other automated clients to exceed rate limits or to reach data your account is not permitted to access.

If you connect an AI assistant or another third-party client to your account, for example through our MCP server or an API key, you are responsible for the actions it takes on your behalf within the permissions you granted. The third-party service's own terms apply to your use of it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kadens and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
