Kadens is a platform owned and operated by HUBDANCE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202605491R), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 ("we", "our", or "us").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up as an instructor, we may also collect additional profile information such as your biography and profile picture.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details directly. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, courses accessed, lesson progress, and device information such as browser type and operating system.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. Analytics and third-party cookies stay off until you explicitly accept them. You can review and change your cookie choices at any time through our in-product Cookie preferences center, available from the site footer and, if you are signed in, in Settings → Privacy, or through your browser preferences.
Emails sent through the platform on behalf of instructors, studios, and organizers (such as receipts, invitations, reminders, and newsletters) may include a tracking pixel and rewritten links that allow us and the sender to measure whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked. We use this information to show senders the status of their communications. Security and account emails — such as password resets and email verification — never include engagement tracking. You can limit open tracking by disabling remote image loading in your email client.

Connecting a Google account to Kadens is optional and always started by you, from Settings → Integrations. When you connect one, we access a limited set of Google user data through the Google Calendar API. This section describes exactly what we access, how we use it, how we store it, and how you can revoke it.
We store the authorization tokens Google issues, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, together with your integration settings: the calendars you selected, the calendar your events are published to, and the identifiers of the events we created so we can update or delete them later. We do not store the contents of your calendar events, and your availability is queried from Google at the moment it is needed rather than kept in our database.
We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you asked for, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after obtaining your explicit consent.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations, and you may choose to have the upcoming events we published removed from your calendar as part of disconnecting. Disconnecting withdraws our authorization at Google — the tokens stop working immediately — and the connection is marked as deleted and no longer used. Deleting your Kadens profile withdraws the authorization in the same way, and residual records are removed as described in Data Retention below. You can also review and remove access from your Google Account permissions page.
Kadens's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you enroll in a course or subscribe to an academy, the instructor may see your name and email address to manage their students. Instructors are required to respect your privacy and use your information only for educational purposes on the platform.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Our platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
