Use Change plan on your billing page to move between plans in the same group. Upgrading to a higher tier or longer cycle takes effect right away with a prorated charge. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep your current tier until then.
Yes. Your billing page lists each subscription's invoices with date, amount, and status, and every paid invoice has a downloadable PDF from Stripe.
Your subscription becomes past due and access pauses until payment succeeds. Stripe retries the charge automatically, and a banner points you to your billing page to update your card. Once a retry works, access comes back.
Yes. You can hold subscriptions to several creators at the same time, and your billing page lists each one with its own renewal date and amount.
The currency the creator set on that plan price. The amount you see at checkout and on your billing page is that currency, not a converted one.
You are blocked from adding more until you free up space or upgrade. Reaching the lesson cap stops new lessons, and an upload that would pass your storage limit is rejected. Free allows up to 25 lessons and 200 GB.
