Problem

Why can't I create a price?

If saving a price does not work, your payouts setup is probably unfinished. Here is how to complete it and save the price.

·Short answer and fix

Quick answers

Your Stripe Connect account is not fully set up. Selling unlocks once both charges and payouts are enabled on your account.

Guide: Why can't I create a price?

Payments go to your Stripe balance and pay out to your bank on a schedule you set, or on demand.

Finish Stripe Connect onboarding: identity, bank account, and terms. Until then, checkout is blocked for your products.

Guide: Why can't I create a price?

Yes. You set the payout interval and timing in your payout settings.

Any country Stripe Connect supports in Kadens. Payouts run in your account's currency.

No. You can sell and get paid on any plan, including Free, once Stripe is set up. The plan only changes the fee you pay, not whether you can charge.
