Basic and Plus are flat monthly or yearly subscriptions. On top of that, Kadens takes a small platform fee on each student transaction to cover Stripe processing and platform costs. The exact percentage is shown in your billing settings.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your billing settings whenever you want. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep ownership of all your content, students, and revenue history.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Student-facing payments support the same set, plus local payment methods depending on the student's country.
